France: Perros-Guirec

Ok, so we don’t have any idea what to see in this area. We just took a chance and roam around the place and looked at the net for ideas.

We ended up in Perros-Guirec.

We decided to eat our breakfast at Cafe du Bourg which is also a bar. They have this typical french breakfast which includes croissants, baguette and jam with coffee. This place is just right across Eglise St- Jacques, so eating breakfast was a luxury with this view.

After our breakfast, we decided to walk around the town. The town is charming and have their own styles. It is alive and we literally saw lots of french holding their baguettes. Just be reminded that french have their lunch break that will last at least an hour, this means that their establishments may be closed.

We did not have a chance to go inside the said church for there was an important ceremony going on. But seeing it from the outside was enough for me to appreciate the beauty of this church.

Walking around the town, you will see some cute buildings and the smell of bread being baked are very strong. It’s lovely!

After walking up and down the hill for 2 kilometers, we finally reached the pretty beach that we saw from afar, it’s called Plage de Trestraou. It is a big beach with beautiful sea. It’s a shame that we we’re not able to swim and experience the beach since we visited during the winter season.

Along their boulevard, there are lots of restaurants and places where you can stay and relax. It was not busy during our visit, so we we’re glad that we had the time to appreciate every little details of this little town.
